Erica Baylis is an income maintenance caseworker for DHS in the Department of Public Welfare. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Erica is a Social Work graduate from Temple University. She holds certificates in Human Services and Addiction Studies and an Associate Degree in Applied Science. Erica is a mother of four children ages twenty-nine, twenty-seven, sixteen, and eleven. Her favorite thing to do is travel, and her favorite place to travel to is Walt Disney World, which represents Hope, Fantasy, Dreams Coming True, and Magic. Working with underserved communities is at the core of Erica’s passion. Erica is interested in participating in the fellowship to boldly share a story- one that many women/mothers who are doing it all and always maintaining a smile on our faces- can relate to.
